At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered for the conference by the deadline to have the paper included in the published proceedings. Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) to be included in the published proceedings. Only one author per paper will benefit from the student or IEEE membership fees discount.
