All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. 

 

Full papers must be prepared according to the IEEE standards and submitted until the deadline (January 20, 2020).

 

The length of the papers is limited to 6 pages. There is a charge of 50 Euros per each extra page (up to two additional pages). No paper above 8 pages in length will be accepted.

 

Each submitted paper will be reviewed by two independent reviewers.
